Purpose: CAPS (Counseling and Psychological Services) is a FREE University resource for enrolled students. CAPS offers counseling and reference information about mental health.

Purpose: UHS (University Health Service) is a campus resource for treatment of an array of mental and physical health concerns. In addition to clinical mental health services, UHS is home to Wolverine Wellness and Wellness Coaching.

Purpose: Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) provides support services and academic accommodations to students with disabilities, while promoting awareness of disability issues.

Purpose: SAPAC provides free and confidential intervention and/or support for survivors of sexual assault, relationship violence, or sexual harassment, in addition to Peer-Led Support Groups.

Purpose: U-M Depression Center offers treatment through the Department of Psychiatry, as well as a “Campus Mind Works” program that provides free, bi-weekly support groups and educational workshops related to depression.

Purpose: UWill is an addition to CAPS services that provides students with video, phone, chat, and message sessions with licensed mental health professionals at no cost. Register with a University of Michigan email address.
